At Signature Crafts, every item is custom-made with care using professional sublimation printing. Because our products are personalized specifically for you, certain return limitations apply. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, or credits are available.

1. Custom & Personalized Products
For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Customer-approved designs
- Incorrect size, colour, or product selected by the customer
- Spelling, grammar, or design errors approved during checkout
- Change of mind after production has started
Please carefully review your order details and uploaded designs before submitting your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will fix it.
You may qualify for a free replacement or reprint if:
- The item arrived damaged during shipping
- The printed design does not match the order details
- The product received is incorrect
- There is a clear production defect
To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to request a replacement

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the issue
- Provide a short description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will reprint and ship your replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible or practical.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the issue does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
4. Cancelations & Order Changes
Orders may be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled or modified.
Tip: If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after ordering — we’ll do our best to help.
5. Returned Packages & Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer:
- We can reship the order at the customer’s expense
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the item cannot be reshipped, no refund will be issued
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are managed by the carrier.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs are not refundable
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with a replacement or resolution
7. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events follow the same policy as regular products unless otherwise stated.
8. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale or bulk orders may have customized refund and replacement terms. These will be clearly communicated during quotation and approval.

To ensure the best outcome:
- Double-check sizing, colours, quantities, and designs before checkout
- Upload high-resolution artwork for best print quality
- Respond promptly if we contact you for design clarification
